“I was given Jennifer's details by our dog trainer, and what a joy it has been to work with her. I wanted a portrait of our dog as a present for my husbands 70th birthday. I contacted Jennifer and she very quickly got back to me with costs and timings. She sent me updates as the portrait took shape. “My family were thrilled with Jennifer’s portrait of our much loved and mischievous labrador Basil. The process was so simple and all done via email. Jennifer replied to every query almost immediately and clearly explained what was required, the timescales and costs. She not only did the portrait but also three very high quality prints for my children. I was given an opportunity to make any changes before the piece was finished including options with mounts and frames. The framed picture arrived extremely well packaged and in plenty of time for Christmas.”

“I had the pleasure of stumbling across Jennifer’s work on Instagram and messaged her hoping to commission her on a portrait of my boyfriend’s ESA, Smokey. She was incredibly quick to make the artwork come to life. She took great care into her packaging to deliver from the UK all the way to Texas, USA, and even gave a video of a timelapse she carefully put together so that we could enjoy the process! On Christmas, my boyfriend was blown away by the skill Jennifer had put into creating a piece of Smokey…he stated that “this was the second best gift [he] has ever received, second to the actual cat.”

She matched the background to part of the rug she ordered and sent regular photos of the progress of the painting and completed it in the time originally stated. “I specially liked the fact that Jennifer asked me to tell her about Molly’s character which would help her to capture Molly’s personality in her portrait. When Jennifer sent me a picture of her portrait to approve it made me cry it was so lifelike. When my husband opened his present on Christmas day he was stunned and he too cried. The portrait is beautiful and is now hanging in our hall. Everyone who has seen it has said how lifelike the image is. We miss Molly dreadfully but can now smile whenever we look at her portrait.
